ABCL Fish Gelatin is produced from carefully selected, food-grade fish skins and scales via a controlled, multi-step extraction and purification process in enclosed, pharma-compliant facilities. The result is a low-odor, neutral-taste protein with Bloom strengths typically between 50–200 g and viscosity in the 15–40 mPs range, optimized for cold-set and delicate flavor applications. Non-GMO, allergen-friendly for mammalian-avoidant consumers, and fully traceable from raw material to finished lot, our marine gelatin is manufactured under GMP with digital batch records and robust microbiological controls. It is available in powder and agglomerated forms for fast dispersion, low dust, and excellent solubility—even in cold systems.
